• Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS)

 

ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certification has also been achieved through the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) and recognized certification body.

In support of YTY’s Quality Policy, our Quality Objectives are:
• We shall adopt the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, EN46002, ISO 13485:2002 Quality System (Medical Devices) and the FDA Quality System Regulation as the basis for implementing and monitoring the effectiveness and suitability of our existing Quality System.

• We will be committed to comply with requirements of the customer’s statutory and regulatory requirement and relevant standards.
• To maintain a low and acceptable level of defectives or rejects through appropriate improvement and prevention programmes.

Manufactured to exacting hygiene standards, our gloves comply with international quality specifications:
• Achieving the internationally recognized ISO9001:2000 and ISO13485:2001 certification.
• Compliance and exceeding EN455 and ASTM D3578 & ASTM D6319 standards for medical gloves
• Compliance with MDD 93/42/EEC essential requirements.
• Classified as Category I under Council Directive 89/686/EEC and updated by Directive 93/68/EEC and 93/95/EEC (Personal Protective Equipment)
